Cleanroom Tied Face mask. processed and packaged in a cleanroom to reduce particles. Made up of a combined polymer ES which is lint-free and hypoallergenic. The solvent-safe surface layers help prevent skin irritation and associated allergy problems. Cleanroom double-bagged during the packaging phase, the ultrasonic bonding ensures a cleaner mask by reducing contamination & outgassing. Extra width (210mm) provides maximum facial coverage and reduces skin exposure. Tie-ons are a popular application because they have greater flexibility of adjustment.
Processed in an ISO 5 cleanroom, the cleanroom face mask with tie-on straps meets stringent cleanliness standards. It is designed to be flexible and easy to adjust, providing a secure fit. The mask is vacuum-packed and double-bagged to maintain cleanliness until use. It features ultra-low particle and fiber generation, making it ideal for sensitive environments. Additionally, the mask is RoHS compliant and constructed with a 3-ply material for enhanced protection.
